Layouts 2007

One of the great attractions at EuroEast are the operating layouts!

We welcome back the many friends who've brought their modules as well as the "new faces"!

As always, all of the modules of your host, the Keystone Chapter, will be present.

ETE: Eastern New England Chapter / HO

Our special guests this year, the ENE chapter will be presenting their 25' x 40' layout. Many of the modules are built to the ETE SIG specification, but a number of them are of a design unique to the club. More images of their impressive layout can be found on the chapter's website.

ETE: Keystone Chapter / HO

The event hosts, the Keystone chapter, are displaying their layout that consists of 18 different modules. Their layout is also built to the ETE SIG specification, but includes modules with narrow-gauge lines (HOm or HO meter-gauge).

East Penn Traction / HO / O

The East Penn Traction club will be showing two layouts: one modeled in HO (1/87 scale) and one in O scale (1/45 scale). Like many European layouts, the East Penn layouts operate off of the over-head wires (catenary). Additional images of the club's layouts, as well as information about the club, can be found on their website.

PennLUG / Lego

The PennLUG (Pennsylvania LEGO User Group) will be returning this year with a layout made entirely of LEGO blocks. Since it is the nature of LEGOs to change and be rebuilt, it hard to predict what the LUGs will display this year. Indeed, the whole layout is constructed the day before the event. Visit their website for more information about LEGO trains and LEGO groups in general.
